Make a Payment to Us
These terms and conditions constitute an agreement with Golf Trip Company Limited (incorporating website: www.golftrip.asia). By entering the site you accept these terms and conditions. The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check these terms and conditions regularly in case there are any changes. Continuing to use the site after a change has been made is your acceptance of those changes.
1/ For golf packages and tours:
All confirmations are generally confirmed by return e-mail within 2 working days. In case immediate confirmation is not possible, we will inform you of the booking status at the time of reservation.
2/ In case of cancellation:
Please take a look at the Payment Invoice in details for information
In case of cancellation, GOLF TRIP follows the conditions below (beneficiary pays for bank fees):
- Cancel more than 31 days prior to your arrival: refund 100% of client’s deposit.
- Cancel from 8 to 30 days prior to your arrival: The cancellation fees shall be varied up to specific itinerary.
- Cancel less than 7 days prior to your arrival: NO REFUND.
However in extenuating circumstances such as medical emergencies, airport shutdowns and other matters beyond clients’ control, GOLF TRIP work with our suppliers to do everything possible to either negate or at least minimize any cancellation penalties.
3/ Deposit:
We kindly require a deposit of 20% of the total amount as soon as your booking has been confirmed.
We have the right to not accept any responsibility for changes/loss of the tee-time that has been quoted with the guest but has not received the deposit.
4/ Payment methods:
a. Credit cards by a secure online payment gateway
Online 9Pay.vn payment gateway is highly recommended for fast, safe, and convenient. We connect with the 9pay Payment Gateway (www.9pay.vn) to accept online payments by debit and credit cards.
You can use your card to make the deposit through an online link sent by our travel consultant.
Note:
Please kindly understand that a 2% service fee will be charged for payment by credit card. This fee belongs to the bank and we only receive the net cost.

We can send you the paypal invoice through your email address (this is not recommended because the fee is very high approximately 5%).
