- In case of cancellation, we will refund (beneficiary pays for bank fees):
- + 50% of your paid deposit if more than 25 days prior to your arrival.
- + No refund if less than 15 days prior to your arrival.
However, in extenuating circumstances such as medical emergencies, airport shutdowns and other matters beyond clients’ control, we work with our suppliers to do everything possible to either negate or at least minimize any cancellation penalties.
Airport Pickup: To locate your airport pickup, right after Customs Clearance, take Exit Gate at Airports; look for the Airport Representative of GOLFTRIP with the Welcome Board written the GUEST name.
Things to know when joining the Tour
- Bring Identity card, Passport, Driving license or other identification documents
- Bring drugs for personal use, anti-allergy medications, cardiovascular (if any)
Constrained carrying valuable property. - To avoid any loss, please deposit valuable property at the hotel Reception, have the confirm paper from receptionists.
- When checking in the hotel, check all items in the room according to the item list which listed by the hotel (the lack of items in the hotel must be added).
- Send the room key at reception when leaving the hotel.
- Payment for services used outside the program for the Reception of the hotel when checking out.
- Be careful when moving in vehicles, boats … to avoid accidents.
